What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

21st day of lock down

In the last 7 days,
I've done an audit of my homes wiring, found circuit breaker number 3 had nothing on it and circuit breaker 6 had 12 outlets (think I'm going to have a bit of re-wiring once my basement walls come down).

Looking for jobs around the house, I discovered my 3 tonne concrete patio has sunk about 22 mm (3/4 of an inch or there abouts) over the last 10 years. Belly crawling under the kitchen floor I discovered the entrance foyer also sits on the sinking concrete patio. Both front doors have been difficult over the last 10 years and adjustments have been made to the doors. Since I have spare time,  I decided to pick up the front of the house and fit 20 mm shims, made the entrance foyer level and all the doors working like new.

Girl time - lucky if I get an hour a morning, wife not overly happy and wants me to "save up" my need and once lock down is over, to have regular girl time out of town.

One hour - not even enough time to shave, get dressed and stay home.
So I skip the shaving and keep the clothes to something simple to dress into 😃
