Seriously....

I went over the top on Thursday after work trip to the Mall

I shaved my chin just 20 hours earlier, then I applied makeup (foundation, mascara, lipstick) and even added nail polish for that little bit extra glam. I slipped into my new shiny pleated skirt that arrived Wednesday- so I don't have to shave my 6 week old hair on my legs.

I see a nice top that I should most likely love to own at H&M store.

I'm on limited funds, so I decided to have a coffee in the center of the mall as I like people watching while thinking what else I would prefer with my funds.

So I approach the coffee shop till and the young woman said 

"What would you like sir" 😕

Like Seriously......

(first of all, I would like to never be called "sir" again)

"trim latte please with 1 sugar"

I'm still going to enjoy myself, regardless of other people

So, after coffee I went home and sanded down some window frames that the wife started on (still her job to paint as I didn't have an issue with the old paint work).

Had to do a few hours work on Saturday 31st (tidy up a presentation for Monday morning), so on the way home to more house renovations the wife has planned, time for a relaxing cup of tea first - in my new skirt of course.

I should have shaved my chin and worn make up - but not sure if it would make any difference.

Cat has passed away

I remember my wife volunteering at a cattery, to help with her Karma (by helping animals) 17 years ago.

I gave my blessing on condition she didn't bring any cats home, but on her second visit, she returned with 2 kittens.

The first one died at the age of 7 from kidney issues (grey with white paws), probably because he only ate dry biscuits. He was the nicer of the 2 cats.

10 years later at the age of 17, the second cat (brown tabby) needed to be put down this week. I'm unsure if the vet has ever seen 2 people cry so much. Sure the cat was a little shit, deaf and shouting for food (freshly chopped chicken) at 3am most mornings over the last 12 months. The last 12 months included him weeing and pooing in the house during winter or rainy days, mostly on a wee mat but under the dinning table became a popular spot for him in his last 6 months. Claws sharp enough to to rip my jeans and skin every time he jumped off my lap.

I've actually spent most of the last 12 months, just checking he was still breathing, the neighbours informed me they would also be checking to make sure he was breathing when he was sleeping on the garage roof overlooking their house.

He was a shit of a cat, that only people like me (and wife and kids) could love.

Anyway, you're not here for my normal life.

So what's been happing over the last week?

I've finished my library book and needed a couple more and had a couple of coffee stops.

Oh ya, we had a bit of rain this week and when I went to the shops I "accidently" got my white top wet (especially after coffee and groceries, on the way back to the car park)

How to lose a weeks pay (after the expense of Christmas)

Easy, first take your car in for 15,000kms service -

Okay, I get that they put in expensive oil as it's a 10 year engine warrantee

They had the car for 2 hours (half their estimated time), it's been serviced and nicely vacuumed.

I can't find any issue with the $600 charge, I'm just upset as my old Toyota only had oil and filter change every 3 or 4 years, which I did myself for about $100 each time (after 300,000kms, kids had eventually left home, no need for a people mover).

While I waited for my vehicle, I took a 10 minute walk to Mitre 10 hardware which has Columbus coffee inside - had coffee and even a light lunch, read the paper, checked out all the stuff in the hardware shop, wasted an hour on FB while having another drink.

Then pay your annual vehicle road tax ($180)

Next, take your dog to the vets as it's been chewing on its own skin (yes I waved to the neighbours on our shared driveway). I had to muzzle him once we were at the vets table while he's climbing all over me. I was worried his claws might damage my top as he tried to climb over my shoulders to escape the young vet.

Again, no issue with the bill, but within 6 hours I had spent a weeks income 😟

After the vets, I took the little portable pooping machine for a walk

Once I dropping him off at home, I needed to cool down, and what better than a caramel milkshake.

I tried the portrait mode on the camera to make me look prettier for you, but I didn't like the look, it felt fake (okay, it did make me look younger with softer skin, but this is about living a Crossdressing life - not about creating unrealistic expectations).

A conversation from a comment a couple of post back, requesting short skirts. Okay I did wear one to the pub before reading the comment, but here's my take on them.

If I had someone with me who loves short skirts - fine (occasionally) but really I have no butt so don't find it attractive. For me personally, I like the swish of soft material (and the cool breeze) against my bare butt cheeks and upper legs, like the floral skirt.

What a Christmas and New Year - I hope yours was as good as mine.

Okay, hope yours was better, as "relaxing" is not a word to describe mine. my descriptions would be "host", "driver", "cook", "entertainer", "game inventor" etc, etc.

Anyway, Saturday was a free day so started with a coffee, please don't mind my 2 months of leg hair growth 😒

After coffee and before the day got to hot for wigs (muggy 31 degrees), I decided to visit the beach and catch a few sun rays.

Once home, wife was getting out of bed and inspecting the garden that hadn't been worked on for a bit, passing instructions on what I needed to do (bit of lawn edging, a bit of digging etc). Eventually I had to do a bit of watering. I love watering, but so often I get soaked, and in this heat, who doesn't like that.
