What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.

Brother in Law

Wife's brother visited from England for a couple of weeks. Thoroughly enjoyed his visit, giving us an excuse for time off and to visit a few of our favourite places, like the Bay Of Islands

Sunset in the private spa pool

While at The Bay Of Islands, I tried to find a foreground for a bit of astrophotography, I like single shot but one day I might try stacking. The only time I tried stacking, my foreground got destroyed as the software locked in the star position, and moved the foreground for every exposure.

We also did a Glow worm experience and visited Rotorua (but the weather was crap and the thermal mud pool didn't have a roof).
During our time at home, he helped build a paved area at the back of the garden. I did most of the heavy lifting of 60x60cm concrete tiles, but he did a good share as well. I can imagine wife and I out there some evenings with the fire pit lit and a bottle of wine, hopefully soon 😊.

Anyway, not really about my hobby of crossdressing.
I was banned from wearing make up and 80% of my girl stuff is in storage, but 20% and and also wife's clothes are still available.
The brother-in -law is usually late to wake up, so I did manage a couple of early coffee / breakfasts out during his visit.

Brother in law left early this morning (so make up ban has been removed), and I had to get wood to build steps to the new paved area. While at Bunning warehouse for wood and a new belt sander, I decided it was time for coffee and read of the news paper in their cafe and re-check online their wood stock levels.
Yesterday I was out with extended family at Auckland Maritime Museum. The day turned cold and I was wearing a tee shirt, so daughter offered up her extra cardigan, I still have possession today and decided to wear girls clothes with it this time.

Anyway, the boys at Bunning helped me load $200 of wood onto the roof rack of my car, very friendly and helpful staff. Chose a cheap belt sander to sand down some of the rough sawn timber and a variety of stainless steel screws.

On the way home, I decided another coffee and morning snack, so I stopped in at the shopping mall. The tight trousers, that hugged my bum and front, probably wasn't the right outfit for a busy mall, so I did a car change to a tight grey top and black skirt.

I rang home to see if wife wanted anything from grocery shop, milk, vegetables etc, she complained I was dressed up too close to home, but she also advised she would get later when she goes out. So I told her "Rachel will come home and get changed to start building the garden steps".

Night has fallen, steps are half built and every muscle in my back is complaining. I sketched up the steps a few days ago, while relaxing with Brother-in-law, and putting the laser level on it this evening, looks like the final step will be within 2mm of the top of the garden.

Caterpillars gone

This week, I had the grey caterpillars that were my eyebrows, cleaned away and now have lovely thin, dark eyebrows. It's amazing how much more confidence I have while out as Rachel, it's almost like a new life. My usual coffee girls (I have 3 "usual" coffee shops depending on which area I'm in) are all complimenting me on the look.

Not so sure what the boys in the office thought about it, I didn't ask them.

I remember, as you young man I had well defined dark eyebrows, so not to different except the older looking face 😞

During wax and colouring

Still trying to enjoy PVC clothing (thanks Temu), and of course my new clothes.

Often I enjoy a morning coffee, some afternoons I have to get groceries or maybe something from Bunnings for the wife's garden. I call it her garden as it's her passion, I'm just the worker that makes it happen, including using a wheelbarrow to move half a meter of Gap 7 from a trailer to the upper level for an area for pavers, leveling it, compacting it and watching the dog dig into it before pooing into the hole.

Can you have too much fun?

As the weather cools, I've been experimenting with different outfit combinations, trying to bring in more PVC (I can't afford latex clothes). I really wanted to try the PVC in the rain, see if it bounces off my chest, but every time I put these tops on, the rain stops, the day worms up and I over heat. I

Two nice things about the long black skirt, it hides my hairy legs and the other, when you remove the skirt, the undergarment looks like a mini dress. Well that's my take on it 😁

Here's the two new tops from Melbourne, trying to work the combinations. I was a bit annoyed with the white top, I wore it for maybe an hour, and after removing it, noticed the foundation powered on it. Maybe I have to wash after wearing it every time.

Long weekend in Melbourne

Wife and I really packed in a lot
Visited family, did a hot air balloon ride and visited a couple of large malls.

I did get about 60 minutes in the malls alone as wife checked out toys and stuff to bring back for the young ones. I took a backpack, but on the way back it was twice as heavy with kids clothes. Okay the 1 skirt and 2 tops I brought back, I had to put in wife's large suitcase.

Being super relaxed and chilled out after a fun weekend, I'm not really feeling the need to be "Rachel".

I wore the outfits so I could show you the photos, but after the coffee, I soon got changed to boy mode
Maybe my crossdressing is stress related, but why would I be stressed at the age of 4?

White top ($12AUD) and skirt ($15AUD) from Valley girl, I was a bit time pushed to meet the wife at a coffee shop, so had to just hope the sizing was okay but at this price I wasn't concerned.
Leopard print top ($18) from Big W, while I tried a few nice tops on, without boobs, it was difficult how they would look once I was dressed up properly. There as flesh colour knitted jumper with a silver shine woven in (which was my favourite), but once on I didn't like how scratchy the material felt

Raveena -
if you want to find a quiet place to start adventuring out, the Silverdale mall is small, has low foot traffic and the coffee is good, if your nervous, just focus on reading the coffee shop newspaper. Milford mall was where I started, but that was long before I drank coffee. Often coffee shops are quiet until about 10.30 on weekdays. Be friendly, respectful and smile like you enjoy being a female (many people don't get a choice).

Can you tell...

I'm getting bored writing these posts.

I know I'm always doing the same - shopping, coffee, but it's like writing into the silence, a community of ONE, the tree falling in the forest etc. etc. etc (I really like the way Yul Brynner would say the last bit, just don't call me old 😀).

I don't know if these pages help you, upset you or whatever. I think Google will close my email soon as it's never used

So with my hobby of crossdressing, I can remove my make up, my clothes, my boobs and even my nipples depending on the look I'm going for. At this stage however, I'm missing a nipple, so if anyone has a spare....? or otherwise I have to go with less "sticky out" look. I'm pretty sure it will re-appear but unsure in which location or who will find it.

Since the last post.....

I picked up some cheap tools from Panda Mart for the grand kids to have at my house

While at the mall, I had coffee and grabbed some groceries

Wife wanted the sloped back lawn to have 2 usable levels, so I hired a digger and carved  some dirt out.

Then I had a few more coffees while the new grass was taking hold.

I nearly fell off the stairs one dark morning, so got some lights, a night sensor, solar panels and a voltage regulator for solar panels all from Temu to light the stairs. Cheap for us, but probably 143% more expensive now for my American friends.

More coffee

Okay, the Mitre 10 visit was a bit annoying, as a neighbour I want to invite for dinner, was shopping at Mitre 10, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for her to finish in the garden section before I went near. Add to that, it's day 2 of me wearing the same outfit.
