What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Fun extra long weekend

Starts early on Thursday morning for me, with coffee and scone at Columbus Coffee shop. I don't know how, with so many customers, regardless of which shop I visit, most staff remember my preferred coffee. I didn't really think people would remember me amongst the masses 😂

Oh exciting, Auckland CD Group has politely requested to add my blog to their "link" list, apparently I'm inspiring (I'm actually only trying to be me, but I'll take whatever compliment is on offer). I do like polite people. I'm not really a group type person, I wouldn't mind joining a "mens shed", wonder if they allow crossdressers on lathes, metal folders, drill presses, welding gear? Probably not with my long synthetic wigs, besides, they don't make high heel safety shoes in a size 43 that I'm aware of.

Back home and changed into boy mode, did my usual house chores - mow lawns, clean the BBQ, waterblast cleaned parts of the house.

But I'm not one to return a pretty dress to early, so time to get changed again but with a 5 o'clock shadow (actually 4.30 o'clock shadow) and too lazy to do more than foundation and lipstick, I threw on my oldest wig and I decided another coffee and a bit of grocery shopping was required. The mall was quite busy and full of school kids in uniforms, yet only one group of high school boys found my presence interesting for about 2 or 3 seconds before they got on with what they were doing before seeing me.

I had this next photo all geared up for you.
I had an almost empty isle so I hit the 5 second self timer, and what did I get for it, a super fast lady racing down the isle and in front of the camera (do I look impressed)...Grrrrrr.
Okay, so lets try that again and hopefully everyone else is browsing the shelfs slowly and not racing past

SATURDAY and time to explore a bit, decided to hit North Head tunnels for a bit of photo fun (just wish I had a photographer and maybe someone with a reflector panel - is that asking too much?)

All that walking and posing is thirsty work, time for a lunch stop at 277 Broadway shopping center and checking out a few more clothes. White outfit was $30 on special at Farmers, unfortunately pay day is still 2 weeks away.

Still enjoying Crossdressing

A couple of days after my car was broken into and my girl grab bag stollen, some tools and a dress arrived in the mail. My wife and daughter was surprised by the tools, but not the purchase of a new dress. I've already forgotten the tools, (just looked it up, last week was a battery powered lamp and leather repair kit for the chair my cat has put holes in), but the minimum order meant I just had to include an $18 dress 😁

My old small boobs weren't going to cut it, so I remembered what my mum said about padding so I grabbed a couple of big socks and packed my boobs up bigger.

Okay, I really love this dress. I saw a man in a tee shirt which had written on it "Same shirt, different day" and I'm so relating to it this week. The dress is so easy to slip on and off, it's super comfortable and just really nice not having material sewn between the legs.

At "The Warehouse", a young male assistant tried really hard to find a USB lead I was after, but it was too specialized for the store. I just loved how hard he tried to find what I was after. I have such great interaction with people in this mode, that it's hard to give up, so when the wife sends me out to the shops, I'm like "Sure darling".

Someone's due a slapping

Technically, we can't use the word slapping because it has negative connotations, but early this morning my car was broken into.

I was planning to go to the pub on the way home either yesterday or today, in a new outfit and wig. I had my girls "grab bag" in the car. It's an old ratty bag, but obviously still nice enough for someone to smash my car window and grab it.

When I told my family, they laugh and describe a scene where maybe the rat bags go to their leader and present their booty (booby) to the boss as a present - that would be justice and karma all in one, or maybe try presenting my boobs at the porn shop in exchange for money. Daughter and wife telling me it's a "TIT-astrophe" doesn't really help either.

It's a minor setback in my hobby, like a $60 dress and $40 for the wig and $60 for the boobs, maybe $25 for the shoes, so it adds up some. At least the clothes are distinctive, so if I see any young boys wearing the dress or wig, I'll be in a slapping mood.

Financially, I've had to use up half a day of annual leave and fork out $400 for the repairs to the car, which is about twice as much as all the income from the extra hours of work I've put in at the office (the universe punishes me this way whenever I earn a bit extra money).

I'm also OCD about the broken glass that may hurt someone, that is on the grass berm so don't be surprised if you see me vacuuming the grass.

Anyway, your here to see what I've worn recently when I did manage to find an hour to go out.

Day to relax

Wife gone out visiting friends 😁

As she's not a Sci-fi fan, I head to the movies to see DUNE Pt2.

First, I visit a cafe for a relaxing coffee and read or the happenings in the news paper before heading to the shops to grab a few dog treats and make up wipes.

I eventually get to the movies 15 minutes before 10am, buy an ice cream (of course it was a raspberry choc top with nuts) and while I wait for a few minutes before heading in, I call my daughter who tells me it's a fantastic movie that's 3 hours long.

Heading in, a tall lady with dark hair arrived at the counter asking for a ticket, what struck me odd was she asked for a "senior" admission. I was thinking if she's that old, maybe I should have a "post senior" ticket. I really wanted to chat to her about the book (because I can't talk to anyone at home about it as no one there cares about Sci-fi), especially after the movie, as I didn't think it was meant as a chic flick. Anyway, I finally get into the cinema, and of the 6 in there, there was 4 females, 1 male and whatever category I fall into.

The "Senior" lady raced out before I could ask her opinion on the movie - I was busting for a trip to the ladies room after 3 hours and before chatting to anyone.

I got fed up with the fishnets and ditched them before going to the movies.

After the movies, I went to a fancier cafe for lunch that tends to have a lot of "well to do" people, before realizing I still hadn't been to the library to drop off a book that was about due.
