Lots of projects on around the house, and the houses of my kids.
But I'm still surprised when you visit a coffee shop and they remember your preferance from a month or two ago. I thought I blended into the background, but the shop ladies remember me and my coffee. Okay I'm on first names basis with 2 of my locals.
Before wife realised how hard it is to refurbish furniture (yep, she's given up now), I had to pick up drop sheets and other stuff from Bunnings for her
We recently visited New Plymouth, unfortunately I forgot to take make up or shaving gear, but wife loved their gardens, the beach walks, lovely lakes and a romantic sunset with a glass of wine. We had an amazing time (without work pressures or pets or children to attend) and enjoyed a couple of pub dinners in town.
Before you knew it, we were back at work, back in the ususal routine 😞
