What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Wife brought my new dress up

While I slept, my wife left the dress my daughter gave to her, to give to me, in my study.
The very next morning, about 4 minutes after seeing it, I took these photos (overly excited about getting it).

My time away with my wife (Friday and Saturday), saw us on the water canoeing and on a paddle board, touring the islands in the background, including paddling through some caves.

Sunday morning, like as in 3.30 am, I woke up due to stress an argument. When we got home I discovered the 16 - 32 year olds had left us a pile of dishes, rubbish throughout the kitchen, dog hair clippings all over the bedroom. Basically the house looked trashed, I tried to growl the kids but wife stuck up for them with excuses then spent the next hour cleaning the house.
Anyway, stressed out how quickly my wife became 1 daughter in particular - slave, really peeved me off to the point I was wondering about my marriage.
So, awake, I went and got coffee and read my book at McDonald's for a while.

Warnings - seats can be cold if you're wearing a skater skirt and g-string

I tried to sleep in the car for a while, but failed due to stress, so at 6.15 am and changed into something that wasn't "wet look", I decided another coffee and a hours reading at a different outlet was called for.

Wife's back

Which is cool because now we can go to the batch, where there's no TV, no internet and we don't need our mobile phones.
Were only going for 1 night, but it's a break from kids, dogs and normal day to day pressures or dramas.

This morning I did get out for coffee.
Now, one of my daughters friends has very large boobs and somehow every time she visited she leaves a bra behind. Now I'm not one to complain and the strapless one she left on her last visit, while helping to paint my daughters room, does a wonderful job with my breast forms.

Yes all the kids at home saw me as we chatted about a dog that the son in law returned with late last night (turned out it escaped onto a busy road when the family were having fire works).

SEE - not a day passes without some drama.

I did manage to book tickets for me and my youngest to see Avengers End Game tonight - can't wait 😊

I visited Columbus Coffee and had a date scone with my coffee.
The lovely lady owner was telling me how busy they were just an hour earlier due to the ANZAC parades and spectators.
She saw me having trouble taking photos and offered to help.
It's great living a girls life around so many nice, polite people - I LOVE THIS LIFE STYLE !!!

Wife back tomorrow, bringing normality

This cross dressing is stressing me - I wake up early (4.30 am) thinking....
"What the hell should I be wearing today"
I spent the next hour trying desperately to fall back to sleep, to no avail.

Bugger this.... I'm off for a coffee, read the news on line and to try and relax.
Luckily MacDonald's Greenlane has 24 hour coffee

After half an hour of relaxing, since the shop started to get a bit busy with workers having their morning coffee fix, I decided to head back home, but first I have to get today's essentials.

Before getting changed at 9 am, after three and a half hours in this lovely wet look body suit that is so nice to wear, I decided to take extra photos for you.
When I woke this morning, peeved at the lack of sleep, I was feeling a bit dark so decided to go beyond my normal make up and add lots of dark eyeliner and eye shadow. Total make up was still under twenty minutes.

The Queen needs her slaves !!!
Anyway, a couple of the young adults are up and about, chatting and doing what young kids do - raiding the pantry.
Not wanting to scare everyone, I reluctantly got changed, did a few hours of gardening - adding borders to the flower garden with old pallet wood, mowed the lawn, sprayed the weeds.
Somewhere I found time to stop for a salad sandwich for lunch.

After lunch, I tidied the house for when the wife arrives, vacuumed, a bit more laundry and just odd jobs around the home.
Finished the day reading, clearing the dishes and chatting to the kids as they drifted around the house

Day 2 of wife's away

Started a bit early (6 am), got up and thought, that's crazy, why can't I sleep in on my days off.
So I got dressed, wanted to go out for a morning coffee but decided to have one at home and made the family a batch of pancakes for breakfast for when they eventually wake.

Around 8 am I decided to take some photos for you and a few minutes later my 20 year old wakes up and we sit down for a chat on the front porch.
My other daughters dog is a bit needy and decided an hour of being patted would be fun.

Eventually, I had to get out and get food for tonight's dinner.
While I enjoyed chatting, relaxing and wearing a pretty bra without any breast forms (it felt so natural), I changed my top to something a little less see through. A coffee with a piece of cake and being able to read the newspaper while I was out, also seemed like a good idea.
After getting back from the shops, I did a load of laundry, tidied up the front and back yard, walked the dogs. I had dinner cooked by 5.30 pm for the 5 of us as one of the girls had a drinks evening planned with girlfriends and had cleaned up by 6.30 (dish washers are great).

Time to relax, so I decided to excuse my self and head down to a local drinking hole for a glass of wine.

Really great news this evening.
My oldest is cleaning out her wardrobe, in that cleanup is what is probably the nicest dress in the world (that she took with her when she moved out in 2016).
So can't wait until I get to wear this dress again.
Wife has enough room in her suitcase so it will be here in a few days 😃😃😃.
I'm so going to cry with excitement.
I should have flown down also, even if it is just to raid the 6 large bags of clothes she is getting rid of as she has such a large collection of what the wife calls "Rachel style" clothes.

Wife's away for a few days

Not really up to much, but I am on holiday.
Basically loitering around the house with the 2 youngest daughters and the partners of the 2 oldest daughters. I can't wait until wife gets back home then we will go off the grid for a couple of days, hike some hills and hopefully relax at the beach with some wine.

Monday morning I started with a coffee, then did a bit of window shopping and bought a new study desk from Kmart.

I so loved the 2 tops I tried on, firstly because one was super PINK (unfortunately too tight around the neck) and secondly because of how they showed off my nipples.  I nearly bought the brown top and who knows, by the end of the week I might still return to do so.

I spent a few hours re-arranging my study to accommodate a bunk bed (hence the need for a small study desk purchased earlier in the day)

Eventually my youngest and I went out to walk the dogs (having 3 dogs at home now means it's a 2 person job). It was a short walk due to rain

Once home it was time for me to relax, cook dinner etc.
Around 7 pm my youngest and I went out to buy some discounted Easter eggs.
At the shop she asked what she should call me, I told her I was happy with DAD or Rachel, which ever one she chose.

I love this photo, I also took one from behind, but to my total horror and dismay - I've got no butt!!!

Eventually it was bed time, but sleep was not easy without my love next to me.
While it's great having a few girl days, I already miss her.
It didn't help that in the first few minutes of her being at my oldest daughters place, she ripped her finger apart and had to get the nurse at the hospital to patch her up

Daylight Savings

It's that time of year when we move our clocks back an hour.
That means it will be a 25 hour day, and my body will fall asleep at 9.30 pm until for the next few days until I my body clock re-adjusts.

Feeling much better than I have over the last 4 weeks, I managed to get out for a few hours and went a bit nuts with doing "selfies" at a coffee stop.

This Morning I had to do a rush trip to the shop for a bottle of milk. I've stopped using milk during the last 4 weeks of illness but Miss 20 year old needs it for her morning coffee otherwise we're all in for a bad day.
I did get in to a wee bit of trouble with the wife for using the local supermarket while dressed - apparently we have a "standard" to maintain, don't want the locals to think I'm a smidgen mad :)
