What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Summer time - briefly

So I was asked about my summer wardrobe - well really I don't have a winter wardrobe which means I'm jumping from warm cars into warm air conditioned buildings.

I did lunch at the Newmarket 277 shopping center in a summer like outfit (I've no idea where all my shoes string dresses have gone)

I had a new roof put on my house this week, that was a busy time. As we're selling, I had to do 2 trailer loads to the tip - not many bald blokes in tight dark pink tops and lycra yoga pants, actually there was only one 😁

Of course I was better presented picking up the trailer from the hire shop, in this photo had just banged my head on the car and dislodged my wig (I prefer skirts when having coffee before doing all that hard work).

To make the house look nice, and I also felt sorry for the wife as she had piles of documents on a tiny desk, I went out and bought a big work desk for her (after breakfast).

I love the fact that you come and go with nary a care about what others think. I enjoy all your posts.

Wow thanks for the feedback, I'm a bit old to care about what people think - my working life is nearly over and apart from my office colleagues, very few, (maybe 8?) clients would recognize Rachel up close. I try to be respectful, pleasant and smile a lot (1- because I'm happy, 2 -to let people know I'm friendly even if a little crazy). I don't get offended by "sir" or "mate", but love "Miss" or "Mrs."
