What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Time to sell the family home

After 15 years of living and modifying the family home as my family has needed rooms (sharing a bedroom isn't good for young adults), moving internal walls, adding extra bathroom, stripping and re modeling the main bathroom and kitchen, it's time to downsize and lose the bank loans. So if anyone wants a 3 bedroom plus an attached granny flat, swings and trampoline for the kids (or grandkids), this is the perfect and versatile home for you.

So 3D modeling not really my thing, but climbing the trees on the property with a chainsaw is still fun.

Anyway, this weekend we have about 7 open homes to see if any will be suitable for just the two of us. I will probably be selling off all my tools as I head into a more elderly appropriate lifestyle. While there's many new units, they fail in my need for 2 car parks as 80% of units only have one car park.

So this week, basically just coffee stops in girl mode, it was nice getting my blue skirt out of storage as the days are getting warmer. Oh yes, I decided to wear my hip and bum padded underwear, even though I don't think it helps with the look, they feel very silky 😀 I did learn, doing long drives in padded pants isn't fun, sitting in a car seat for more than 20 minutes becomes a pain in the arse.

I was wearing silver/grey leggings while washing the house, clearing out the gutters and touching up the odd bit of exterior paint but wasn't really feeling "the inner girl" while doing all that work.
