It's normally 24-30 degrees (75F+ for the Americans), and muggy. It makes getting into any tight clothes difficult and wearing a wig is almost prohibited after 11am except in shopping malls.
So Monday's presentation went well, but of course clients wife wants a "larger" walk in wardrobe and butlers kitchen (that's standard response even if we designed something a big as a barn for shoes and we leave it to the husbands to convince wives it's big enough).
At home, I've cleaned up and painted one window and had to drop the skirting boards by about 12mm (they had enough room for a carpet underneath, but previous owner removed and polished the wooden floors). I've never really worked on a 1960's uninsulated block construction, wasn't fun like wooden houses.
I took my grandson to his first experience of ice skating and he did quite well, from being scared to actually putting his feet in reasonable positions for standing and turning and having me push faster and faster. I'm to old to be a speed skater again and it's not even as if I had wheels or a stopper to use.
Wife dragged out my old, expensive chess set, haven't played for about 18 years but nice to have it out of storage. Turns out wife is a little schemer, and had me working very hard for my two wins.
BACK TO CROSSDRESSING
I've had a couple of stops, without make up or wig just because of the heat, both times wearing the light mesh top you see in the photos below. Oh yes, also shaved my legs so short skirts are back in 😃
I managed to get out to photograph some birds at a sanctuary, decided to add myself just for you. Getting close to the various birds was a slightly muddy experience, but with such a short dress it would have taken more than ankle deep to cause an issue
IKEA...(bugger, same dress, but until the humidity drops everything else is uncomfortable).
Anyway - their cheese cake was just like what my mum used to make, wish she was still here, we probably would have gone to Ikea together.
Still, it was fun trying to find good shots for you to enjoy and I noticed quite a few people brought their own photographers while they posed on furniture. Maybe I should find my own photographer 😃
