What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Renovations completed :)

It's been a hard slog, trying to get everything done so the house can go on the market in time. With the new roof, I had to sort out the guttering and down pipes. That took 2 trips to Bunnings as I was about 400mm short with the first load of pipework as I decided to do a slightly prettier job.

Finished the painting - can it really be finished on such a large building that has toddlers in?

With all this work, a girl still needs coffee and a few minutes to check new season fashion. I don't really like my wife's top in the first photo below, but it's just nice to try different styles occasionally.

The girl at the coffee shop that opens early who always leaves sweet notes on the cup lid was chatting to me a bit on my last visit, asked ho come I'm awake and ready for work just after 6am, I told her my 15 year old cat likes to shout for food at about 5am 😡

Summer time - briefly

So I was asked about my summer wardrobe - well really I don't have a winter wardrobe which means I'm jumping from warm cars into warm air conditioned buildings.

I did lunch at the Newmarket 277 shopping center in a summer like outfit (I've no idea where all my shoes string dresses have gone)

I had a new roof put on my house this week, that was a busy time. As we're selling, I had to do 2 trailer loads to the tip - not many bald blokes in tight dark pink tops and lycra yoga pants, actually there was only one 😁

Of course I was better presented picking up the trailer from the hire shop, in this photo had just banged my head on the car and dislodged my wig (I prefer skirts when having coffee before doing all that hard work).

To make the house look nice, and I also felt sorry for the wife as she had piles of documents on a tiny desk, I went out and bought a big work desk for her (after breakfast).

Getting fed up with this Crossdressing need

Wish I could be happy being "normal".

Well not the normal "shouty" ,"angry", "chip on the shoulder" type male, but the chilled out relax male.

Maybe I'll win LOTTO and become a free roaming sailor with the big beard and dark dry old skin from years on the big oceans, or may disappear into the woods for a decade. Both sounds nice to me.

But I'm stuck in the 9-5, suburbia life, doing Halloween, Christmas, Easter stuff.

Job 1) renovate house

Job 2) get car serviced

Enjoy..... Coffee and the garden center.

Enjoy.. a community car show, but with all the big cameras around from the local press and other enthusiasts, I exited quite fast (Chev's, Ford Ts, hot rods, I'm sure were all here last year anyway) and headed to Bunnings for paint for job number 1.

Bad influance

So recently, KMart has been selling nice tight shiny tops. They obviously know what I like and one of my daughters is into the same material and encouraged me to buy my own.

This morning, I pulled out one of my 10 year old shiny tops and dressed it up with fish nets (not really into stocking, but why not live on the edge).

It wasn't really the look I felt comfortable in by lunchtime, so I tried to go for a more business look, but still with a tight shiny top.

Unfortunately during lunch, a work colleague rang up and turned a pleasant lunch break into a painful lunch as he ranted for 20 minutes about the company. It's actually a good company but there's a couple of people in management who got the job, not by skill or ability but because they have sat in the office for 20+ years.

Anyway, on the way home, I decided to swap to a more playful skirt and have an ice cream at the beach since it was such a lovely day.

I forgot that wind, long hair and ice cream are not the best combination. While crossing the pedestrian crossing, a bunch of lads in a passing car, who probably don't get to see crossdressers often, got a bit loud. I've no idea what they were saying, but they were obviously excited about something. I probably would have waved, but I was trying to hold my skirt down, holding my ice cream, phone and car keys.

I used 2 make up wipes before getting home and after greeting my wife at the door with a kiss, she says "you've been out and you still have make up on". I must be going blind as I couldn't see it (but then I'm not actually female enough to see "everything").
