What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.

Sick day

Woke up late, whole body in pain, following 2 of my trans friends down that "flu" path, least it can't be "man flu".

10 am Coffee and muffin
You know it's a bad day when you have to wipe your nose 20 seconds after putting foundation on.

Just enough time for coffee before my nose kicks off again so it's a race home and back to bed for 2 hours.

Lunch time, first stop the library to return a programming book, then off for Burger King (Hungry Jacks for you Aussies) "Hawaiian Burger". The nice staff at the shopping mall food court took this photo for you girls, sorry the background looks empty, there were some loud boys near the Indian food outlet and about 18 other elderly and families down the quieter side.

After lunch I managed to get another hour and a bit of sleep before picking up my youngest daughter (16) and taking her for driving lessons. She enjoyed it until I made her drive back home where traffic was quite a bit heavier.
